So last Sunday, I was able to try Conti’s Batangas Pork Adobo. I really liked it and it just costs P175. Well, I prefer the dry / oily version of adobo rather than the masabaw / maasim one. I searched the internet and found out that Batangas Adobo uses atsuete instead of the usual soy sauce. Amazing, right? Lol.
Anyway, gotta look up for a recipe that I can cook for today’s lunch. Yay!
